REFUND POLICY

SARDI SOTRE has curated a selection of artist and artisan products of high quality. Every effort is made to provide you with the detail and visuals necessary for you to make choices based on your personal tastes and needs.
We have a number of delicate items, and we will package them accordingly so that they make it to you, or to the recipient intact. In the event that the item is damaged ( In case received a damaged parcel, please make a photos and send it to us) we will replace it at no cost to you on return of the damaged item within 3 days after receiving your photos, and we will work with you to come up with a suitable replacement.
If you need to send an item back, please contact us first.
When returning an item we ask that you pack it in the same fashion as you received it in, and upon receipt, we will provide a refund or exchange for the value of the item. To return your product to SARDI STORE, If you are returning the item for any other reason than damage, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are receiving a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item you may want to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item arrives.

If we have not heard from you within 2 days after receiving the product, we will assume that you are happy with your purchase and no further action is required nor will be offered.
